In the inaugural clash of the season, the Bonney Lake Panthers hosted the White River Hornets in a thrilling non-league bout that left fans on the edge of their seats.  The crisp overcast afternoon set the stage for what would be a pitcher’s duel, showcasing the skill of both teams’ arms.

Last year, Bonney Lake claimed an impressive 2nd place in the PCL with a 10-2 record, while White River secured the same spot in the 2A South Puget Sound League, boasting an 11-3 league record and a quarterfinal appearance in the state tournament. The anticipation was palpable as fans gathered under the crisp overcast afternoon sky to witness the clash of these titans.
